Greg prefers to photograph each family member with the bride at home. Inexperienced photographers wouldn't dare to photograph the bride in front of a window. Greg loves the soft painting-like views seen through this window shot. Preparation shots with family members is a must! Here is Lauren with her brother, Alex. Lighting is also important! Notice the soft light that is on their faces. Soft but still has defining shadow details which are needed for a truly dimensional picture. Click on this image to closely examine the beautiful lighting.
Greg loves these shots of Aaron and claims these have become his all-time favorites of a groom standing at the altar! It's very rare to capture the genuine and sincere feeling of the groom at the altar such as Aaron's! These two shots of Aaron were taken as Lauren, his beautiful bride emerged onto the aisle way. Yes ladies...Aaron is catching his breath! Timing is everything!
Aaron looking down the long aisle at Lauren. Greg always, always, always aims his camera at the groom for the groom's "first look" like this shot of Aaron as Lauren begins her walk down the aisle.
A shot from Lauren and Aaron's ceremony taken without using any flash...only available light! Greg loves the look of available light, it gives the most "real" look. Note the natural light coming in through the surrounding circle-top windows. Click on any image to see the magnificent details! Once you've enlarged it...Click it again to super enlarge!

Greg captured the beautiful Lauren next to this exquisite hand-carved fireplace. We had a once in a lifetime opportunity to photograph some of the shots inside this most beautiful mansion in Westlake. Greg loves Lauren's regal look and the window reflection on the marble floor! It adds to the dimension of this composition!
Lauren and Aaron went upstairs in the mansion with Greg to capture some quiet shots. This one is timeless!

The elegant first dance at the always "first-class" Wagner's Country Inn. Greg loves the soft-focused faces in the background watching Lauren and Aaron as they enjoy their first dance together. Click on this image to see the great detail and the story this photograph tells!
